By placing an order through Hide It website, you understand and agree that you are bound by these Terms

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All product prices on our store are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of GST, and exclusive of delivery costs unless specified. We do not record or store your credit card details. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability.

ONLINE PROCESS

We must receive payment of the full price for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your purchase. Items will be dispatched once payment has been received.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

You may give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address and telephone numbers, when you make a purchase from us. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to provide products to you.

We collect your information so that we can process your orders as efficiently and quickly as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose, share or sell this information to other parties under any circumstances.

ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct at the time of publication.

RETURNS

We provide a 12 month warranty for products that have been purchased in New Zealand. This warranty is subject to the New Zealand Consumer Act.The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 . If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and we will look after you. The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the New Zealand Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.
